Dr. Nuzhat Altaf is Dedicated and committed Technical Adviser/ specialist with 20 years with Doctor of Philosophy (Family Medicine), from The Open International University, Colombo., Master in Public Health from The Open International University, Colombo, and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), University of the Punjab,. Member, she is enjoying the status of affiliation with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, Islamabad. Life Member,  Family Physicians of Pakistan. She worked as researcher and also developed training manuals on dairy and livestock development.

He is also in charge of developing liaison with auditors, bankers, statutory organizations. There is no doubt his services are values for the successful operations of the organization.

Dr. Kiran Zulfiqar is working in the field of social development for more than fifteen years. She has experience in the field of treatment and prevention of Drug Abuse, Sexual & Reproductive health, HIV and AIDS Prevention, care and support and control, Malaria and Public Health with multi-sectoral integrated development. She has worked with organizations like Ministry of Health, Global Fund, University of Manitoba, PLYC, CIDA-HASP, World Bank, Phoenix Foundation for Research & Development.

Faisal Bashir possesses MBA degree backed by more than 10 years of professional experience with Corporate and Social Sector, pertaining Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Corporate Trainings, Mentoring and Policy making. In social sector, he has sound background in Organizational Development, HR Budgeting and Capacity Building with various national and international organizations. He is the man with leadership, communication, people management and public speaking skills. His expertise contributed well in the extensive learning of organization.

Mr. Arif worked as a National  Consultant with Asian Development and World Bank on damage and need assessment on flood, presently working as a Manager Programs in PLYC.

Mr Intisar A Shah is working as Regional coordinator in PPM in Pakistan Lions Youth Council from last 4 years. He is equipped with more than 5 years management experience working with multinational pharmaceuticals organizations at national level, and consultant in US AID. His experience in diversified areas along with improved efficiencies in team building, he has excel in all areas of his job responsibilities. He is an asset to the organization.

Dr. Muhammad Mubashir is medical graduate presently working as Regional Coordinator in Sindh province from last 5 years in Global Fund grant of Public Private Mix in TB DOTS. Dr. Mubashir has vast experience of being master trainer in TB DOTS, MNCH , MALARIA as well as HIV AIDs . He was team leader in HIV/AIDS Surveillance program in Multan district. He is a core member in PLYC team with good communication and interpersonal skills and man with leadership qualities along with good team management and mentoring skills.

Mr. Muhammad Yasir Iqbal

 

Finance Manager

Mr. M Yasir is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan, Master degree holder in Business Administration and ACCA-UK (Finalist). He has been extensive financial and auditing exposure with various audit firms and social sector organizations for more than last 8 years. Since 2013, he is with PLYC and dealing with financial management, Finance Manager and external financial stakeholders.Currently, he is performing the financial control and risk management which includes directives & regulations, determination of internal audit scope and to develop annual audit planning.

 

With masters in Social science and brilliant experience in development sector Ms. Rubab  is Dedicated professional, possessing the ability to work under diverse situations, Level headed, She is able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner .She is master trainer in entrepreneurial sector. Her professional experience includes assessing the content needs of a client and creating deliverables that go beyond expectations. She Maintains consistently profitable client portfolio and Conducted quarterly and yearly financial analysis

Mahmood khan possesses MCS degree in Computer Sciences with more than 12 years of professional experience in IT, Data Mangement, Website Development and Database Maintenance. He is well equipped with this zeal and zest to run this very important department which provides basis to all other deparments run by the NGO and provides solution to every matter. His vast and continued experience with development sector approves him the best choice for any technical and data management tasks.This deparment is of foremost importance as all other departments run with its help and he performs his duties efficiently.

With an awesome education career of having Master Bissness Administration , Mr. Abid  is presently working as M&E Manager in PLYC from last 8 years and managing number of projects. The key skills and responsibilities include team management, project discovery & planning, internal & external communications, Organizational ability & multitasking skills, creativity and forethought in solving complex project issues along with improved efficiencies,team building and developing the strategic planning.

Ms. Nazia Kanwer Possess Master of Arts in English degree from Bahaudin Zakariya University, Multan. Pakistan along-with Bachelor of Arts Major Subjects of Economics and Psychology. She is working as Diversional Therapist in our organization since, 2010. Her duties are to plan, design, coordinate and implement recreation and leisure based activity programs to support, challenge and enhance the psychological, Spiritual, Social, Emotional and Physical well being of individual and groups. She has vast experience in the field of rehabilitation including treatment of drug abuse and disable population. She is prominent member of P.L.Y.C team, having a compassionate engaging personality with a sense of innovation and creativity.

Ghulam Sarwer leads Management Information System (MIS) department at PLYC. He is graduated from Punjab University Lahore with 12 years experience in IT Department and he has worked extensively in supervision Analytical research and quality control for process improvement. He oversees up gradation & maintenance of website (MIS) of organization, Involved in statistical scrutiny & data profiling for different purposes. He closely coordinates with partner organization for data collection & MIS verifications.

Dr. Hamza Qaiser is an experienced and motivated professional with exceptional leadership experience in management, significantly contributing to Osama Dairies. His background includes leading operations, processes, and employees to drive the success of both small- and large-scale family farms. From overseeing the care of animals and managing feeding schedules to supervising crop development and maintaining inventories, He is master trainer in livestock and agriculture,beside that having the degree of MBBS from Nishtar Medical College. He has attended and conducted the trainings on Livestock and has operational leadership
