PLYC.In the last tewenty five years, PLYC has successfully laid the foundations of a vibrant and responsive development by expanding its presence   across the country. Since the time of its establishment it has been effective engaged to serve the humanity. This, therefore, is an opportune time   to reflect on what has been achieved and what remains to be done. I would like to acknowledge the efforts of PLYC Team members who are at   the heart of this development.. I am grateful to the Government of Pakistan and to our National , international partners for the unstinting   support, assistance and facilitation. I am also grateful to our partner organizations for their hard work and dedicated effort in the field. But above   all, I would like to recognize our community organizations for demonstrating resilience in the face of extreme adversity and for being the agents   of hope and change in this country.

Agriculture

Pakistan is an agricultural country. Our economy is dependent on this sector. Change is the order of the day. In our country, we, of course have changed our methodology of agriculture over the years. But we miserably failed to cope with the pace of changes in agricultural sector.

Usama Dairies  farm was build in 2010. Usama Dairies  as model Farm and started working there with a single cow due to lack of financial resources. Usama Dairies  Model Farm independently worked for one year and ultimately succeeded to implement the Diary development Project with the technical and financial support of USAID and DRDF (Dairy Rural Development Foundation)

Usama Dairies

 

Usama Dairies was build in 2010.Usama Dairies  as model Farm and started working there with a single cow due to lack of financial resources. Usama Dairies  Model Farm independently worked for one year and ultimately succeeded to implement the Diary development Project with the technical and financial support of USAID and DRDF (Dairy Rural Development Foundation)

The project was to develop and train small scale dairy farmers.  Support these trained small holders financially.  Usama Dairies  Model Farm was promoted having 80 cows of 40 acres,
