Integrated Bio-Behavioural Surveillance (IBBS) Activity

PLYC conducted the Integrated Bio-Behavioural Surveillance (IBBS) activity from July 2023 to February 2024. This project was designed to gather vital health and behavioral data to understand trends and challenges within vulnerable populations. The goal of the IBBS was to inform policies and interventions aimed at enhancing community health, supporting at-risk groups, and creating impactful changes at a grassroots level.
Objectives
The primary objectives of the IBBS activity included:
- Collecting reliable data on key health indicators and risk behaviors.
- Understanding the prevalence and dynamics of health issues among at-risk populations.
- Informing the design of effective interventions and health policies.
- Raising awareness about health risks and preventive practices within communities.
