Scale-Up of E-Voucher Model for BISP Beneficiaries – Khanewal
The Scale-Up of E-Voucher Model for BISP Beneficiaries in District Khanewal is an initiative supported by the Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) and implemented by Sanjh Preet Organization in joint venture with the Pakistan Lions Youth Council (PLYC). The project aims to enhance access to quality family planning and reproductive health services among women enrolled in the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). Through a digital e-voucher system, eligible women from low-income households are connected with certified private healthcare providers, allowing them to receive free or subsidized services. The model combines digital innovation with community mobilization—using trained mobilizers and private service providers to bridge gaps in affordability and accessibility. In Khanewal, PLYC plays a key role in community outreach, provider engagement, and field coordination, ensuring that vulnerable families benefit from equitable and sustainable healthcare access.
