The PAIMAN project, supported by USAID, focuses on improving maternal and child health outcomes in rural areas of Multan, Khanewal, and Dera Ghazi Khan. It includes training 229 Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs) and providing 10 ambulances under the RESAI initiative for emergency transportation.
Community sessions targeted 1,500 school council members, promoting safe delivery practices and newborn care. The project strengthened the healthcare system by building the capacity of midwives and enhancing facilities in underserved areas.
