Summary:
This project focuses on enhancing the livelihoods of rural communities by improving agricultural practices and livestock management. PLYC trained 5,000 farmers on sustainable farming methods, breed improvement, and the milk value chain.
The Dairy Development Program provided 1,000 deworming kits and conducted workshops on feed management, milk processing, and farm economics. Tailor-made training programs empowered rural women to develop dairy processing businesses, fostering entrepreneurship and economic independence.
