Summary:
PLYC’s youth and skill development initiatives empower young individuals by providing them with opportunities to enhance their skills, build networks, and address local challenges through social action projects. The program offered vocational training in trades such as tailoring, embroidery, and IT, benefitting 125 women and 125 men.
Through leadership and social action training, youth developed solutions for community issues, focusing on communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. IT literacy courses targeted underprivileged youth, equipping them with the skills to explore better career opportunities.
