PLYC’s programs for persons with disabilities focus on rehabilitation, livelihood support, and inclusive infrastructure. The project distributed 50 wheelchairs and 50 sewing machines, empowering individuals to achieve economic independence.

Additionally, handwashing facilities were installed in 100 government schools, ensuring accessibility for students with disabilities. PLYC collaborated with Save the Children to promote gender-sensitive poverty alleviation and create violence-prevention initiatives targeting disabled individuals.
